At Traveler Guitar®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your portable performance gear. If your instrument doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the instrument in its original gig bag and packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
