With its familiar double-cutaway silhouette and versatile pickup configuration, it delivers a playing experience that feels right the moment you plug in. 

Built on a timeless foundation and refined for today’s players, the EG-2 Standard features an improved, larger arm rest, deeper belly cut and more comfortable edge bevel. The newly designed body is not only more ergonomic, but slightly lighter than the original EG-2. We’ve also responded to customer feedback and installed standard passive electronics for an unadulterated tone and a solid metal output jack for durability. This is a proven design, thoughtfully evolved.
